Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Manager and Client Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations between our clients, content creation team, and overall project management. You will be responsible for coordinating shoots, managing social media accounts, overseeing content schedules, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate video shoots with clients and the production team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing requests, feedback, and inquiries.
Attend client meetings on behalf of the company to gather feedback, discuss strategies, and handle any requests or concerns.
Follow up with clients for payments, invoices, and contracts to ensure timely processing.- Social Media Management:
Manage and post content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
Monitor and track the performance of content, making adjustments as needed to improve engagement and reach.- Project Management:
Keep track of content production deadlines and ensure all projects are delivered on time.
Communicate regularly with the content creation team to ensure client requests, revisions, and changes are implemented efficiently.
Coordinate with the design and editing team to ensure all content meets client expectations and brand guidelines.- Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and check-ins.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.
Act as a liaison between clients and the creative team to ensure a seamless workflow.- Administrative Duties:
Manage contracts, invoicing, and payments for all client accounts.
Ensure all client-related documentation is organized and up to date.
Assist in any other administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the agency.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Proven experience in social media management, client coordination, or project management would be a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with content creation, video production, and digital marketing is a plus.
