Social Media Senior Executive (Full-time, Based in Dubai)

Reports to: Social Media Manager

We are an e-commerce enterprise specialising in the online sale of carpets, cushions, and accessories, we boast a team of over 50 dedicated employees. As we continue to expand our operations and team, we are actively seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Senior Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Role and Responsibilities

This role is not for you if you:

• Wait to be told whats trending
• Think content is just pretty visuals
• Cant show proof of performance

But for you if you:

• Think fast, work smart, and move faster than the trend cycle
• Know how to turn a mood board into a shoot and a shoot into scroll-stopping content
• Are organised, detail-obsessed, and thrive in a content-heavy setup
• Are just as comfortable on a shoot set as you are writing a clever caption or planning next months calendar

What youll own:

• Content strategy & execution for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn
• Spot trends, brainstorm ideas, and turn them into quick-win formats
• Own posting, scheduling, and platform management
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive interaction
• Manage DMs, ORM, and day-to-day social chatter
• Work closely with the SEO writer, content creator, and influencer partners
• Help maintain a regular drumbeat of stories that feel organic but drive business

What success looks like:

• Consistent growth in engagement and followers
• At least 2-3 pieces of viral content per month
• Daily inbound love - likes, shares, and saves
• A rhythm of content that feels premium, personal, and perfectly timed

What were looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience building & scaling social-first brands or personal brands
• Youve ideated on reels or shorts that took off, and you know why
• Fluent in English and platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn
• Strong grasp on writing, visual storytelling, and post-timing
• Bonus points if you come from design, lifestyle, e-comm, or founder-brand world

Preferred: Currently residing in Dubai
