Site Supervisor
An experienced Construction Site Supervisor is required to oversee daily on-site construction activities and finishing works on a project in Dubai. The role focuses on continuous site supervision, coordination of contractors and subcontractors, monitoring of workmanship, and strict quality control at all stages of execution.
The position requires a professional with strong practical site experience, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain progress in line with the approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and program requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out daily supervision of construction activities and finishing works on site.
- Monitor the progress of works and ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Perform quality control inspections of finishes, materials, workmanship, and installation standards.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and incomplete works, and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
- Coordinate daily with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain smooth site operations.
- Review and verify that materials delivered to site comply with approved samples, technical submittals, and project standards.
- Ensure that construction and finishing activities are completed in line with the approved project schedule and report any delays or programme implications.
- Supervise finishing trades including, but not limited to, drywall and gypsum works, cladding, ceiling installations, flooring, joinery, painting, and final fit-out details.
- Monitor the interface between architectural, interior, and MEP works to ensure proper coordination and avoid clashes on site.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, snagging lists, and quality records.
- Support the project team in inspections, handover procedures, and close-out of outstanding works.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, site safety requirements, and applicable local regulations.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction, fit-out, or finishing works.
- Proven experience working on high-end residential, hospitality, or premium development projects.
- Strong background in quality control for finishing and architectural works.
- Previous experience with leading developer or construction companies like EMAAR, DAMAC, MERAAS, OMNIYAT in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and/or Indiais strongly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of site coordination, finishing sequences, inspection processes, and project reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, material schedules, and technical details.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- English fluency is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Preferred Background

Salary Range
The salary for this position is depending on experience, project background, and the level of responsibility and will be discussed with successful candidates.
For candidates with strong UAE premium-project experience and proven quality-control capability, the package may be negotiable.
