Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, project coordination, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure project completion as per schedule and budget.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and reports on project status.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Maintain daily site logs, documentation, and records.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in residential/commercial/industrial construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid certification or license (if required by local laws).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of green building practices and modern construction technologies.
• Familiarity with quantity surveying or structural design is a plus.
• Experience working with project management software.
