We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Business Development Executive to join our client's growing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding client base, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth within the competitive real estate market.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector across Sharjah and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders to generate leads and close deals.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions to enhance company visibility and professional connections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in real estate sales or business development, preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and property types.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
