In this role, you will be at the center of customer engagement and sales supportguiding prospects through the evaluation and purchasing process, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to overall sales growth.You will also handle incoming requests, support partner education, identify process improvements, and ensure customer and sales data is accurately maintained in the CRM system.
