Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Executive - Logistics. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Daily tasks include making sales calls, meeting new and existing clients, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the logistics team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- UAE driving license
