Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive located in Dubai, UAE. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, effective communication, and driving sales to expand our client base. The role will include (but not limited to) the following tasks:

• Conducting extensive market research on scrap commodities (e.g., aluminum, copper, brass).
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach with lead generation.
• Analyzing import/export trends to inform sales strategies.
• Promoting and selling metal scrap materials such as aluminum scrap, copper scrap, etc.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations

• Lead generation skills such as familiarity with lead generation softwares
• Market research and communication skills
• Sales expertise
• Negotiating contracts to achieve favorable terms
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in the commodity trading and/or metal scrap industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
