We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our Events & Exhibitions team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing event logistics, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of events.

• Oversee the planning and execution of events and exhibitions from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the event site.
• Manage on-site logistics, including setup and breakdown of events.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the event process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and event attendees.

• 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in events, exhibitions, or interior design.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to event management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
