Relationship Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager for a leading real estate developer in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in real estate development and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end client journey, from inquiry to post-handover support.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the companys property portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project updates to clients.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
• Handle client feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Experience in a real estate developer company (not brokerage/agency).
• Mandatory: real estate market experience 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
