Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager, located in Dubai, U.A.E. The ideal candidate must bring an existing portfolio of active clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and strategic partners within the Forex and CFD trading industry.The Senior Relationship Manager will oversee client relationships, manage day-to-day client interactions, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. This role is critical in driving business growth through proactive relationship management, client acquisition, and expansion of our global partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, IBs, affiliates, and partners in the FX/CFD space.
- Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and increased trading volumes.
- Onboard and support new clients and partners with a seamless experience across our trading platform (i.e. MT5).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, offering tailored investment solutions, and negotiating contract terms.
- Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and dealing desks to optimize client experience and engagement.
- Monitor client activity and generate performance reports to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to overall business growth.
- Provide tailored trading solutions in FX, CFDs, indices, commodities, and other financial instruments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Forex, CFD, or financial services.
- Proven portfolio of active clients, IBs, and partners - this is a must.
- Deep understanding of FX and CFD products, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
- With a strong network globally.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (i.e. SCA).
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of CRM system, financial software, and partner management platforms.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
