Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our paper and board trading operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, preparing trade documentation, handling customer communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of international shipments.This role requires excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Process customer orders for paper and board products from order confirmation through delivery.
- Prepare sales contracts, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries, manage correspondence, and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate communication between customers and paper mills/manufacturers, providing regular updates on order status and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and manage transportation and export/import documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, vessel certificates, and related documents.
- Arrange shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
- Dispatch product samples to customers as required.
- Support the Director in preparing quotations, offers, and supplier inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily business operations.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and administrative documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and coordinate payment-related communications.
- Participate in international exhibitions and trade events, representing the company and meeting with customers when required.
- Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- - Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with SAP software.
