  • Oversee cash flow planning, payment schedules, and major personal financial commitments
  • Review financial documentation, agreements, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriate escalation of issues
  • Identify financial risks, inefficiencies, or exposures, and recommend practical mitigation actions
  • Work closely with relevant internal staff and trusted external partners to ensure timely execution of financial decisions
Requirements
  • 8-15 years experience in private wealth management, family office advisory, private banking, investment advisory, or senior personal finance support
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, Master's or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, CA, CFP, or equivalent are advantageous
  • Experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, principals, family offices, or senior executives is required
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, banking relationships, and wealth structuring
  • Familiarity with international financial arrangements and cross-border asset considerations
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

Note: Due to currently managing a large volume of processes across multiple functions, it will not be possible to respond to all candidates individually.
