What is the job about?
To oversee the installation of ClearVUE process from receipt of order through to completed installation and onboarding. To manage staff dedicated to Quality Assurance and Maintenance of ClearVUE devices through Analytics, Missing Data Reports, Customer raised issued and Energy Manager concerns.
What exactly will you do?- To ensure Quality Assurance processes including analytics, Training QA and Onboarding are conducted correctly and in a timely manner.
- To manage the JIRA process ensuring all Customer Service updates reflecting the entirety of the installation, onboarding, and training process are recorded correctly.
- To manage staff dedicated to the QA/Data Analysis of EMS systems to confirm they are working correctly.
- To work closely with the Health & Safety Advisor to ensure the safe, compliant installation of EMS by internal electricians and by ClearVUE sub-contractors.
- To keep accurate records of all sales/service processes within the department.
- To provide Sales with accurate TCV for comms value.
- To provide Sales with accurate updates on the progress for their clients' installations supported by the automated email system.
Requirements:
- Management experience within the Energy Industry.
- Experience of EMS.
- Experience of managing installations
- Any management qualification.
- Any engineering / software qualifications.
