As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in recruitment processes: scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (soft and hard copies).
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support in payroll preparation by collecting and updating attendance data.
  • Handle basic employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintain HR calendars, track leave records, and monitor probationary periods.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Laws and internal HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12 years of HR experience in the UAE (real estate sector preferred but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
