We are building an AI-native platform to automate and scale institutional investment tasks and workflows to build the AI operating software for asset owners (eg. pension funds, insurance companies, private wealth managers). From parsing unstructured fund or transaction data to generating and reviewing due diligence questions, creating internal decision memos and automated portfolio monitoring, our product shall bring the Minority report feel to the dusty world of traditional finance.We move fast, build smart, and deploy systems that create tangible value from Day 1.
Role Overview
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager with strong Fintech and Digital experience to lead product strategy, requirement definition, UI/UX, and workflow for our AI platform. You'll operate at the intersection of machine learning, product design, and institutional financetranslating complex ideas and complex use cases into precise product requirements, intuitive user workflows and interfaces.
As one of the earliest PMs on the team, you'll own core product lines, partner closely with our business team for the design of product features and requirements definition and the AI engineering team to help create a new type of AI toolkits.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy- Own and evolve the product roadmap for AI and ML systems, with direct alignment to investor workflows and platform performance goals
- Prioritize features based on user feedback, technical feasibility, business value, and regulatory implications
- Drive product-market fit for features leveraging RAG, LLMs, and financial NLP
- Translate complex AI capabilities (LLMs, embeddings, vector search, inference APIs) into user-centric functionality
- Write detailed, technical PRDs for new ML features including data requirements, model objectives, API contracts, and edge cases
- Define success metrics for AI features (accuracy, latency, precision-recall, business lift)
- Partner closely with our business experts and AI/ML engineers to scope experiments, validate hypotheses, and iterate on deployments
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, and Compliance to ensure feature integrity, performance, and auditability
- Lead cross-team sprints focused on model-driven user experiences (e.g., RAG-powered memo generation, automated risk extraction)
- Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize user flows and ML model outputs
- Define input/output validation strategies and feedback loops to improve model quality post-deployment
- Shape our approach to human-in-the-loop workflows and trust calibration in AI features
- Create wireframes, acceptance criteria, user guides, and release documentation tailored to a technically adept user base
- Represent the voice of the customer internally distilling abstract pain points into actionable technical product ideas
- Work with design to turn back-end intelligence into intuitive front-end UX patterns
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years working with AI/ML-based products
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features
- Familiarity with LLM architectures, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)
- Strong understanding of ML model lifecycle from data ingestion and training to deployment, monitoring, and retraining
- Technical fluency in cloud services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions) and infrastructure-as-code concepts
- Excellent communication skills able to synthesize complex ML concepts into clear, actionable product specs
- Proven ability to drive clarity in ambiguity and deliver under aggressive timelines in startup environments
- Deep empathy for technical teams paired with relentless focus on high quality user experience
- Basic understanding of institutional finance, asset management, or investment tech
- Experience building AI tools for knowledge workers, research analysts, or decision-makers
- Hands-on exposure to MLOps workflows and prompt engineering strategies
- Experience with compliance-heavy environments (GDPR, SOC2, encryption in motion and at rest)
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms, observability tools (CloudWatch, QuickSight), and agile processes
