• Role Description
• Full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE.
• Identify and secure commercial real estate opportunities.
• Assist clients with leasing, sales, tenant representation, and negotiations.
• Manage transactions from initial inquiry to successful closing.
• Provide market insights and strategic real estate advice.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, landlords, investors, and business owners.
• Meet sales, leasing, and business development targets.
• Qualifications
• Experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, leasing, or property sales.
• Strong knowledge of lease negotiations and tenant representation.
• Good understanding of Dubai's commercial real estate market is an advantage.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide professional recommendations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
