Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Sales Agent located in Abu Dhabi. The Property Sales Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as listing, marketing, and selling properties, as well as coordinating property viewings.The role involves liaising with clients to understand their requirements, offering property investment advice, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The agent will also be responsible for negotiating sales and ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
Qualifications- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience in the real estate industry
- Insurance knowledge and understanding of property-related legal aspects
- Experience in providing Training to junior sales agents
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Experience with property management software and CRM systems
