**Candidate MUST have experience liaising with the authorities in UAE **
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare conceptual and schematic design packages for Master Plans, Staff/Labor Camps & individual project buildings.
Create & submit authority drawings for key UAE entities:
Nakheel
Trakhees
Dubai Civil Defence (DCD)
Dubai Land Department (DLD)
Dubai Municipality (DM)
EIS and other local authorities
Review and implement authority comments/requirements across all submissions.
Develop technical drawings, including:
Architectural, Structural & MEP Shop Drawings
Municipality-compliant plans
General Arrangements, Setbacks, Logistics & Landscaping Layouts
Faade, Aluminium & Glass Works, and Interior Finishes
Participate in the preparation of survey drawings & plot plans.
Maintain shop drawings, as-built logs, and all related documentation.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and technical managers to produce CAD drafts based on specifications.
Ensure design accuracy by checking sketches, layouts, and specifications against project concepts.
Guide subcontractors with technical inputs and assist with drawing requirements.
Coordinate closely with construction teams for on-site adjustments and revisions.
Prepare red-line drawings and finalize as-built submissions.

QA/QC Teams
Site Engineers
