We are expanding our immigration sales team in Dubai and are hiring experienced Business Development Managers to drive consultative B2C sales. This role focuses on converting high-intent inbound leads into enrolled clients across citizenship, residency, and business migration programs.

• Conduct professional immigration consultations and assess client eligibility
• Convert inbound leads into enrolled clients using consultative sales techniques
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to successful closure
• Maintain and update client pipelines using CRM systems
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Experience in immigration sales, real estate, banking, financial services, or luxury sales is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a performance-based environment
• Currently based in the UAE

• Fixed salary plus uncapped commission up to 22%
