Job Description

Job Summary

The CRM professional will lead customer relationship management initiatives across the customer lifecycle, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive engagement, retention, and revenue. This role will manage the CRM platform, design customer journeys, maintain data quality, and measure program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive CRM program strategy across the customer lifecycle to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot) including data quality, segmentation, and automation workflows.
  • Design and implement lifecycle campaigns, triggered communications, and personalized customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define KPIs and measure program impact.
  • Analyze data, build dashboards, and report on performance to leadership.
  • Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Mentor teammates and coordinate with IT for platform enhancements.
Required Qualifications
  1. 7 years of experience in CRM.
  2. 5 years of experience in CRM data management and segmentation.
  3. 4 years of experience in CRM platform administration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success designing customer journeys and lifecycle messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Skills And Competencies
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple CRM initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to collaborate across functions (Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success).
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Certification, or equivalent are a plus.
