SCENT ARTS is a B2B fragrance service company that provides interior fragrance service to enhance brand experience, create an emotional & long lasting memorable experience of your brand. We also create private label fragrance products like Room sprays, Scented candles, Reed diffusers for Brands & Celebrities & Events.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads through networking and cold-calling, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, creating customized scent solutions for clients, and meeting sales targets.

They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales skills and experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in Luxury B2B sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in lead generation and cold-calling
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in the hospitality or luxury industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Valid UAE Driving licence is a must
Responsibilities includes
  • Research, identify and generate new business opportunities via the phone, web and onsite visits.
  • Identify prospects that fit the target demographic.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Scent sampling meeting with clients.
  • Contact key decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touch points, including on outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a consultative sales environment.
  • Prepare for client appointments by executing client research, tailoring sales materials, and leveraging available resources.
  • Exceed monthly sales quotas while remaining intensely focused on consistent execution of proven sales methods.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products and services.
  • Update client database daily/weekly.
  • Stay current on product updates & aromas to ensure understanding of use in customer business applications.
