About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will lead high-level outreach and support the Membership Sales Director in executing the sales strategy for all membership categories. You will manage a portfolio of key prospects, close deals with influential clients, and guide junior sales team members when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive premium membership sales through strategic outreach across corporate, social, and professional sectors in Dubai.
  • Directly approach and develop relationships with: Business councils, Banks, MNCs, Wealth firms, Real estate developers, Universities, and Alumni networks.
  • Develop and execute weekly/monthly outreach plans with clear KPIs.
  • Manage VIP prospects, conduct Club tours, and handle complex membership negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, member feedback, and lead tracking using CRM and Excel trackers.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to shape tactical campaigns, seasonal offers, and partnership-based promotions.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of junior sales executives.
  • Ensure achievement of individual targets (22+ memberships/month) and team contributions toward monthly goals.
  • Represent the Club at elite networking functions and market activations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in luxury club, hospitality, or real estate sales with a strong personal network in Dubai.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B and B2C sales within high-end membership-based environments.
  • Existing relationships within relevant sectors (banking, MNCs, lifestyle, real estate, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of personal grooming and professional conduct.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Salary: Competitive base + High Commission Structure.

Salary: AED 7,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
