Dubai - Pre-Opening Sales Manager – Membership Sales

As Sales Manager, you will Manage the entire membership sales function — from acquisition to onboarding to retention. You will lead a high-performing sales team and ensure our membership base reflects the prestige and exclusivity of the Luxury Club brand.
- Design and implement the pre-opening membership sales strategy for the luxury club and Lotus Floors access
- Acquire UHNWIs, C-suite leaders, celebrities, diplomats, investors, and global entrepreneurs as elite members
- Lead outreach campaigns, exclusive previews, and one-on-one client briefings to close high-value membership deals
- Develop and manage a tiered membership structure, including pricing, privileges, and upgrade paths
- Build strong partnerships with private banks, embassies, luxury real estate firms, wealth advisors, and concierge services
- Manage and coach a team of membership sales executives, driving daily sales performance and motivation
- Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual membership KPIs, revenue targets, and conversion rates
- Oversee CRM management, lead tracking, and follow-up systems to ensure efficient pipeline activity
- Collaborate with marketing to design luxury-focused sales materials, digital outreach content, and referral strategies
- Create tailored onboarding journeys for each new member, ensuring white-glove service from sign-up to activation
- Maintain long-term client relationships through personalized check-ins, feedback loops, and renewal strategies
- Analyze member behavior, churn patterns, and referral potential to optimize retention and growth
- Work closely with senior management on pricing evolution, market analysis, and strategic growth forecasting
- Represent the brand at private appointments, high-level meetings, and selective business introductions
Requirements:
What We're Looking For- 8–10 years of luxury membership sales experience in private clubs, exclusive hospitality, or premium services
- A proven track record of closing high-value deals and leading successful sales teams
- Prior experience with full membership lifecycle management: from acquisition to retention
- Strong command of CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and pipeline optimization tools
- Deep network of HNWI contacts and business ecosystem leaders in Dubai and globally
- Highly polished communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute complex sales and loyalty frameworks

Salary : 7,000- 9,000 AED / Monthly
Salary: AED 7,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
