Sales Manager Real Estate (Dubai, UAE)

Location: Dubai, UAE

HEMSBY Realty, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies to expand our customer base, and ensuring our team consistently delivers excellence in client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage all aspects of the sales department, including lead management, account management, business analytics, and channel development.
• Design and implement strategic business plans to expand HEMSBYs client base and strengthen market presence.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and deliver effective training programs for sales agents, covering customer acquisition, negotiation, financing, and documentation processes.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure reporting of key metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies.
• Ensure sales team members have the necessary tools and resources to perform effectively.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress against targets.
• Manage budgets and monitor expenses to maximize profitability.

Requirements:

• 610 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry.
• Proven managerial experience leading and supervising sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, regulations, and processes.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car would be an added advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
