We are now building our inside sales function looking for someone strategic, relationship-first, and deeply consultative. A professional who listens intently, builds trust, and transforms conversations into long-term partnerships.
Role Overview
We are seeking a sharp, client-focused Inside Sales & Account Management professional to drive our growth in the UAE market.
This role demands exceptional communication skills to lead first-level conversations, set up strategic meetings, and manage end-to-end client accounts with HR, L&D, and senior business leaders.
As the Inside Sales Manager, youll be the first touchpoint for potential clients, shaping how they experience Pivut. Youll need strong business acumen, confidence in consultative conversations, and the ability to engage at CHRO and CXO levels.
You will work closely with our founder and delivery leaders to own inbound and outbound lead engagement, qualify opportunities, and co-create proposals that convert interest into trust and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Qualification- Drive structured outreach and engage with inbound leads
- Hold discovery conversations to uncover client needs and transformation goals
- Qualify opportunities with a consultative approach, not just checklists
- Build credibility and trust in early-stage conversations with CXO/CHRO stakeholders
- Represent Pivuts offerings clearly from deep coaching to top-team interventions
- Follow up strategically to maintain momentum across touchpoints
- Manage end-to-end client accounts, ensuring excellent relationship ownership
- Maintain accurate CRM records and dashboards for pipeline visibility
- Track lead status, conversions, and next steps with clarity and discipline
- A consultative, insight-driven sales mindset not transactional
- Passion for coaching, leadership development, and people growth
- Comfort and credibility in engaging senior stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- High ownership, responsiveness, and relationship maturity
- 3 8 years in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Exposure to leadership development, HR tech, SaaS, or premium B2B services
- Proven experience in engaging senior decision-makers and driving conversions
- Experience in roles where both relationships and outcomes mattered
