This position is available for multiple locations - Abu Dhabi & Al Ain and will be working with our brand, Renault.

Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for achieving sales objectives and build long term relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Properly follows all steps of the sales process i.e. prospecting, meet and greet, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery, and post-sale follow up to attract new and retain current customers.
  • Ensures accurate collection and submission of customer details.
  • Effectively schedules customer follow up, delivery and new customer acquisition utilizing strong time management and organization skills to maintain customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Assists the customers in making the correct choice of vehicle and builds loyalty by providing a personalized and tailored sales experience to each individual prospective customer.
  • Ensures a smooth, clean and defect-free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customers.
  • Reports daily activities to the Sales Manager and provides information on market conditions and competitors activity.
  • Reviews reservation status.Prepares a consolidated report for the week (Walk-Ins) and month (Forecast / Sales In-Hand) and submits to the Sales Manager (especially focus on lost sales).
  • Achieves monthly sales targets set by the management and maximizes company profit by selling the vehicles at maximum margins within company policies.
  • Achieves set sales satisfaction index targets by providing excellent customer service, by regularly monitoring individual customer satisfaction performance through the online portal.
  • Takes part in ensuring that the Visual Identity (VI) of the showroom is maintained as per the manufacturer guidelines and oversees all initiatives taken by the marketing department to achieve the desired level of VI.
  • Takes part in ensuring that the showroom and displays therein are maintained to the highest possible standard.
  • Actively maintains product knowledge and competitive product knowledge.
  • Actively promotes the Finance and Insurance products, whilst determining customer qualifications and profiles to ensure the appropriateness of the offer.
  • Prepares all required documentation to complete the sale process.
  • Tracks and pursues uncompleted sales to close sales to the required KPI conversion rates.
  • Takes part in implementing the timely sales promotion campaign, new vehicle launching, liquidation campaign, special offer campaign etc.,
  • Ensures that the prevailing policies and procedures of the company are followed
  • Ensures that conduct, attitude, attendance and appearance reflect the high standard demanded by the company.
Background & Experience
  • 2 to 4 years in sales roles.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to accomplish demanding targets.
  • Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic language
