Job Description

EGMA Group is looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can effectively lead customer acquisition efforts, exceed revenue goals, and contribute to our long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Prepare insightful reports, performance analysis, and forecasts.
  • Stay updated with new sales tools, product offerings, and industry best practices.

Required Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record.
  • Strong client management, lead generation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of revenue growth strategies and account-based sales development.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and reporting dashboards.
