About the Role
Are you passionate about people and creating memorable first impressions Join our dynamic Colleague Experience (CX) team as a CX Coordinator (Reception) the welcoming face and heartbeat of our HR Service Centre.
In this role, youll be the first point of contact for our colleagues, delivering real-time support, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. From managing the HR reception to supporting HR operations, your work will directly impact colleague satisfaction and the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Be the First Impression: Greet and support colleagues at the HR Service Centre, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Support HR Operations: Manage the HR inbox, update systems (HCM, Kronos), process colleague changes.
- Deliver Seamless Service: Liaise with Finance and Procurement, generate PRs, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
- Manage Office Essentials: Oversee stationery, inventory, and operational budget items to keep the HR Service Centre running smoothly.
- Collaborate Widely: Work with internal departments, external partners, and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain and organize personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and precision in all HR processes.
What Were Looking For
Education & Experience- High School Diploma (essential); a degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- 12 years of experience in Human Resources or a customer-facing role.
- Personable, empathetic, and approachable.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Proficient in MS Office; Oracle HRMS knowledge is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management.
