Who are we looking for

We are looking for highly skilled Payments Program Managers in the MENA region. These roles are ideal for seasoned professionals with a strong background in program management, transformation initiatives, and payments systems who are eager to work with leading consulting firms and enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic, high-impact programs and will be instrumental in shaping business outcomes through innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Role & Responsibilities:

Program Assessment and Planning
  • Understand client business goals and competitive landscape
  • Identify and assess risks and opportunities through data and market insights
  • Build business cases using benchmarking, payment data, and industry best practices
  • Translate market trends into actionable strategies for client transformation
Deployment and Implementation of Initiatives
  • Establish a centralized Center of Engagement for streamlined program coordination.
  • Execute high-priority initiatives with a focus on quality and client impact.
  • Deploy tailored solutions combining consulting services and payments tools.
  • Align internal, client, and third-party resources to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with Product and Account teams to refine and optimize offerings.

Monitoring and Ongoing Analysis:

  • Track performance metrics, KPIs, and key deliverables across workstreams.
  • Develop dashboards for real-time progress visibility and value realization.
  • Manage a client control tower to support agile decision-making.
  • Provide regular intelligence updates and competitive benchmarkings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale transformation or payments programs.
  • Deep expertise in payments, banking operations, and digital ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream programs with high impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, proactive mindset, and results-oriented approach.

Duration: Project under this opportunity typically lasts between 612 months with potential for extension, depending on client needs and performance.
