About the Client: A leading Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi, serving authentic Neapolitan-style pizza in a warm and welcoming setting
Job Description:- Welcome the guests in a friendly, professional manner, manage reservations and waitlists using a system or manual log.
- Coordinate guest flow by monitoring dining room activity, communicating with staff and ensuring smooth seating and timely service.
- Handle guest interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and special requests, while assisting with phone calls and general information.
- Maintain a clean and organized hostess station and entrance area to always ensure a pleasant first impression.
Requirements:
- Open to Ukrainian & CIS nationalities; 35 years old and below
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE
- Adaptable and dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs
Salary: AED 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
