Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at Wet Black Burger Dubai's trendsetting street food destination and AI restaurant known for its bold flavors, viral concepts, and immersive design.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations: FOH, BOH, inventory, staff schedules, reports to owner

Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic team to uphold our brand values and service standards

Manage costs and drive profitability through smart planning and effective execution

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety and hygiene standards

Coordinate with marketing and events team to support creative campaigns and influencer collaborations

Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in Restaurant Manager in UAE

Strong leadership and communication skills

Hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus

Familiarity with modern POS systems and delivery platforms

Passion for food trends, customer service, and team building
