We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our school in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a UAE National who is passionate about supporting educational initiatives and contributing to a dynamic administrative team.You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and facilitating effective communication across departments.
Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents accurately and timely.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient flow of information and resources.
Requirements:
- UAE National with a genuine interest in the education sector.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or related role in a professional environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with digital office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
