Charterhouse are working with an FMCG organisation who is looking to hire an HR Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will act as a partner to the business, drive key HR initiatives, supporting operations and organisation growth. This role requires HR leadership experience within either the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and executing core HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning and development. This role will manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, working to build a strong talent pipeline across various departments, and will oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.The HR Manager will collaborate closely with Finance to oversee payroll and manage compensation and benefits.
Additionally, the HR Manager will ensure all HR operations are compliant with UAE labour laws and maintain accurate employee records and systems. Reporting to the HR Director, this position will play a key role in driving employee engagement initiatives, resolving conflicts professionally, and fostering a positive workplace culture.The role will also support leadership development through training programs, succession planning, and performance management frameworks to promote long-term capability and retention within the business.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within the FMCG or manufacturing sector. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential, while a Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., CIPD) is preferable.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices, as well as demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office. They will be a confident communicator and collaborative leader with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organisation.The candidate will also be proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled in managing a broad range of HR responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.
