We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team at SGS. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing support across departments.
Job Description- Create, update & maintain job files.
- Review the received inspection orders from the clients
- Coordination with Clients/ Affiliates / Labs
- Arranging, coordinating and monitoring the inspections
- Issuance of work instruction to inspectors and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers
- Review of inspection reports and Analysis reports.
- Issuance of Quotations/inspection reports/certificates/invoices
- Providing and assisting in any other responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
University Degree in Agriculture, Science or Computer preferred.
Minimum One-year Experience In Relevant Field.
Experience in BOSS software or proficiency in other computer applications.
Knowledge in inspection related activities and drafting surveys.
Good communication skills.
Additional Information
Relevant experience in a reputed inspection company is preferred.
