Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Dubai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and maintaining files.Additionally, the role includes executive administrative assistance tasks like preparing reports, managing executive schedules, and coordinating meetings.
