Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and compile reports.
- Prepare various marketing administrative forms, including complimentary forms, entertainment forms, and IT-related request forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle the distribution and tracking of vouchers for marketing activities.
- Marketing invoices: process and track marketing invoices related to hospitality through Powerapps and Adaco, redirect all Food & Beverage marketing invoices to the respective F&B admins and coordinators, ensuring proper allocation and tracking.
- VCC management: raising paid media VCCs and processing related payments.
- Process expense claims and reimbursement requests for the marketing team, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely processing of payments.
- Update and manage the team's time schedules, ensuring all-time records are accurately captured and regularized within the HR system (Oracle).
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Comfortable analyzing data and marketing metrics.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, and digital signature tools (e.g., Annature) is a plus.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
