Job Description
ETHER is seeking a highly organized and proactive Store Administrator to support the Store Supervisor while collaborating closely with the Visual Merchandising and Stock Movement teams. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication, all within a fast-paced fashion and lifestyle environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of routine operations, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, online booking systems, and diaries.
- Work closely with the company accounts team to support financial and administrative processes.
- Assist the store management team with rota preparation, time and attendance tracking, and petty cash management.
- Support marketing initiatives, including events and CRM analytics, as required.
- Act as a point of contact for brands, managing vendor requests and brand-related information.
- Maintain and manage all operational trackers, stationery requests, and store packaging levels.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination across all store teams, including marketing, floor supervisors, maintenance, and stock movement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Ensure complete accuracy of the online booking system.
- Communicate all brand updatesentries and exitseffectively to relevant teams.
- Achieve 100% accuracy in logging and sharing brand agreements with accounts and store teams.
- Maintain store packaging levels in line with business requirements.
