About role:
We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale, automated warehouse and sorting center projects across the Middle East. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical planning and physical execution, managing everything from site renovations and automation equipment installation to system integrations and operations launch.This position requires a structured leader who can orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage external suppliers, and build regional standardization playbooks to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Lifecycle Management: This includes project initiation, making project plans, detailing project work content, adjusting project plans according to the actual situation, and coordinating with project stakeholders to complete the work, ensuring high-quality project delivery .
- On-Site Construction & Installation: Coordinating resources from all parties to ensure that the civil construction renovation, power and communication system, installation and commissioning of logistics automation equipment, and other tasks are carried out in an orderly manner, proceed as planned, and are delivered on time.
- Project Delivery and Integration: Collaborating with planning, operations, R&D, equipment supplier, and other parties, organizing project training, on-site setup, warehouse relocation, and starting operation to ensure a smooth project launch.
- Accumulation of Project Implementation Techniques and Standardization Construction: Based on the practice of Middle East project construction and operation, accumulate and compile Middle East project construction standards from the principles of compliance, efficiency, and economy, continuously iterate and improve to enhance the efficiency and quality of project construction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Automation, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in logistics project implementation. Proven track record managing automated warehousing or sorting center projects. Overseas or Middle East project experience is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong data analytical capabilities. Proficient in structured thinking and at least one tool (Excel, SQL, or Python) to evaluate project metrics.
- Communication & Mobility: Fluent in English for global reporting and cross-border vendor management. Ready to travel periodically across the Middle East region.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-departmental coordination, vendor management, and the ability to extract scalable methodologies from complex field situations.
