Project Manager - Enterprise Transformation
Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation to manage and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for our client in Dubai. This role requires strong hands-on project management experience, enterprise PMO governance exposure, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across shared services and operational functions within a fast-paced transformation environment.
This is a 6-month contract role in the organization and is renewable. It reports to the Head of Enterprise PMO within the Transformation & Value Realisation function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support enterprise-wide transformation and strategic initiatives across shared services and business functions
- Drive hands-on project management activities including project planning, tracking, governance, stakeholder coordination, RAID management, reporting, and delivery follow-ups
- Support the Enterprise PMO in managing project portfolios, governance frameworks, reporting standards, stage-gate controls, and delivery oversight across multiple initiatives
- Manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and timelines across concurrent transformation programmes
- Work closely with operational excellence and business functions to support roadmap execution, project delivery, and transformation priorities
- Act as a central coordination point across cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, visibility, and timely resolution of delivery blockers
- Review and maintain project trackers, governance updates, executive reporting packs, and PMO documentation across active initiatives
- Support enterprise-wide programmes including operational transformation, process improvement, governance initiatives, digital enablement, automation, and master data management projects
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders on initiatives involving ERP systems, workflow tools, automation platforms, AI initiatives, and enterprise operational improvements
- Support value realisation tracking including KPIs, efficiencies, productivity improvements, and operational performance measures
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, stakeholder discussions, and project review sessions across multiple business teams
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with governance standards, reporting requirements, timelines, and business objectives
- Build strong working relationships across stakeholders while maintaining a highly collaborative, service-oriented, and delivery-focused approach
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on PMO maturity, governance quality, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- 7–10 years of experience in project management, PMO, enterprise transformation, or programme delivery roles within complex organisations
- Strong hands-on project delivery experience with the ability to independently manage multiple moving projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience working within Enterprise PMO environments supporting governance, portfolio management, reporting, and transformation delivery
- Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, executive reporting, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, operational excellence, shared services, or large-scale business transformation initiatives
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments with strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership, business teams, operational stakeholders, and support functions
- Practical and hands-on approach with strong follow-through, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working on enterprise systems and transformation initiatives involving ERP platforms, automation, workflow tools, or digital transformation programmes is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar PMO and reporting tools
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred
