Job Description

We are recruiting a Design Director for an award-winning interior design studio based in Dubai. This is a rare opportunity to join a creative powerhouse with a global portfolio of high-end hotels, restaurants, lounges, and lifestyle destinations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the conceptualization and development of world-class hospitality and F&B interiors from concept to completion
• Oversee creative direction across multiple high-profile projects in the GCC and beyond
• Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, consultants, and collaborators
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional design strategies aligned with brand vision and commercial objectives
• Ensure design excellence, innovation, and quality across all phases
• Represent the studio at key presentations, pitches, and industry events

What We're Looking For:

• 12+ years of experience in high-end hospitality and F&B interior design, with a strong portfolio of built work
• Proven leadership in directing and mentoring creative teams
• Strong conceptual and storytelling abilities with a sharp eye for detail and materials
• Experience working with international clients and top-tier hotel or restaurant brands
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai, with knowledge of the regional market a plus
