Senior/Mid UX Designer (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced UX Designer to join the Shory team and play a key role in shaping AI-driven product experiences. This position will focus on designing intuitive, scalable, and ethical user interfaces, while collaborating closely with product, development, and marketing teams to enhance customer journeys and support Shory's continued innovation in digital insurance.

• Define AI product vision and UX strategy aligned with business objectives
• Design agent-based and predictive user interfaces
• Build multimodal experiences across chat, voice, and vision interactions
• Ensure ethical, transparent, and explainable AI user experiences
• Create and maintain scalable AI-driven design systems

• Create wireframes, user flows, landing pages, and interaction models
• Develop UI designs for web, mobile applications, and email communications
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all platforms
• Design templates and visual assets in line with brand guidelines
• Utilize Figma and Figma Make for rapid prototyping and AI-driven design iterations

• Conduct usability testing and customer focus groups
• Lead AI-driven user testing and validation cycles
• Develop prototypes in collaboration with product teams to validate concepts
• Research industry trends, competitor interfaces, and emerging AI design standards
• Identify UX gaps and continuously enhance experience standards

• Work closely with capability leads, product teams, and marketing stakeholders
• Participate in feedback cycles and refine designs accordingly
• Coordinate with agencies, printers, and research vendors when required

• Ensure all designs adhere to corporate brand standards, UI/UX best practices, and ethical AI principles

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of UX design experience, preferably within a fast-paced digital or agency environment
• Experience in HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery is an advantage

• Strong UX/UI design expertise
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe AEM)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong experience in AI/LLM-based products
• Data-driven and systems-thinking mindset
• Passion for next-generation AI experiences
• Arabic language skills (preferred)
