Dubai - Marketing and Business Development Associate New
Our client is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Associate with a proactive mindset and exceptional attention to detail to join their growing team.
In this key role, you will support the team with a variety of marketing and client-interactive tasks, such as liaising with clients and consultants, assisting with the registration and certification processes, creating technical marketing materials, and managing social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Client and Consultant Liaison: Assist in maintaining communication with clients and consultants, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Registration, Testing, and Certification: Help the team manage and support product registration, testing, and certification processes.
Pre-Qualification and Document Preparation: Prepare pre-qualification documents, proposals, and other marketing-related submissions.
Marketing Material Creation: Collaborate to create and design high-quality marketing materials such as technical brochures, presentations, and flyers.
Social Media Management: Assist with managing and updating social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, in alignment with the company marketing strategies.Database Management: Regularly maintain and update the consultant/project database to ensure all contact details and project information are current and accurate.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with photo editing tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Basic understanding of AI tools and how they can be used to enhance marketing processes.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
A valid UAE driving license to support potential travel for client meetings and project requirements.
Very good communication skills in English, Arabic will be highly desirable.
