Senior Analyst- Airfield System (A-CDM)
Job Description
We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst Airfield Systems (ACDM) who will be responsible for implementing and supporting key airfield and airport operations systems for our client based in Dubai which is one of the largest airport operators in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable.
The role sits within the Digital Products & Services Department and reports directly to the Senior Manager Product Airfield.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of airfield systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing airport infrastructure and related technologies.
Apply Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) principles to enhance operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including scopes of work, test plans, commissioning documents, and training materials.
Coordinate and manage system testing and user training, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Contribute to budget planning for ongoing system operations, maintenance, and future technology upgrades.
Monitor daily project execution, identify risks or delays, and proactively recommend corrective actions.
Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.- 5 years of experience in airfield systems implementation.
Hands-on experience with AGL, VDGS, airport operational systems, and computer vision/CCTV systems.
Strong understanding of A-CDM practices and how they apply to airside operations.
Proven project management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD
Availability:
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or with a maximum 30 days notice period.
