MEDPUSH MENA is a media consultancy company with offices Dubai and Riyadh that provides a wide range of products and services to advertisers across the MENA region. Our goal is to improve the effectiveness of their campaigns and secure a higher return on their media investment.

We are seeking a data-driven Social Media Analyst (Junior to Mid-level)to join our team in the Dubai office. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of experience in social media analytics within a marketing, consulting, or digital agency environment, and excels at turning data into clear insights and client-ready narratives.

• Monitor and analyze social media conversations, brand mentions, sentiment, hashtag trends, and influencer activity across markets and platforms.
• Generate insights using leading social listening tools e.g. Sprout Social, Meltwater, Brandwatch,..
• Build weekly, monthly, and campaign-based analytical social media reports.
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery of all reporting outputs.
• Translate social listening data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media listening, social media analytics or digital insights.
• Proficiency in social listening platforms across all levels.
• Strong understanding of Boolean queries, sentiment analysis, and social listening methodologies.
• Strong Excel/Sheets capabilities; data visualization familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
