Role Overview
The L&D Manager will take ownership of designing, implementing, and managing all training programs tailored to Dubais real estate market.
This includes onboarding new joiners, upskilling existing agents, enhancing leadership capabilities, and providing practical field training through site visits and developer sales center tours.
The goal is to ensure every member of the sales team is equipped to deliver exceptional results in both off-plan and secondary segments.
Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Program Development- Design and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals, sales targets, and market trends.
- Create specialised training modules covering sales techniques, negotiation, market analysis, RERA compliance, and client relationship management.
- Build tailored learning pathways for new joiners, experienced agents, and emerging leaders.
- Develop engaging training materials, including scripts, presentations, role-plays, and digital learning content.
- Deliver high-impact training sessions in-person, online, and in workshop formats.
- Facilitate roleplays and practical exercises to simulate real-life sales situations.
- Organise and lead site visits to projects for hands-on property knowledge.
- Accompany agents to developer sales centers to observe client interactions and provide live coaching.
- Deliver post-field feedback sessions to embed learning outcomes.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
- Implement KPIs and feedback loops to measure program impact and ROI.
- Partner with sales leadership to align training with operational priorities and refine sales processes.
- Work closely with HR, Sales, and Marketing teams to integrate training with wider business initiatives.
- Stay informed on Dubai real estate trends, developer launches, and competitor activities.
- Mentor and guide internal trainers or mentors to maintain delivery standards.
- Mandatory:Minimum 35 years experience delivering training in a real estate brokerage, developer, or property management company in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of Dubais real estate market, RERA regulations, and sales transaction processes.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering real estate-specific training programs.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Training & Development, Business, or a related field (CIPD or similar certification preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to travel within the UAE for site visits and developer meetings.
