Job Description

EGMA is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead campaigns, product launches, and brand communications across the UAE and international markets. Our clients are primarily optical stores, and we are looking for someone who can deliver impactful campaigns, create strong in-store visibility, and manage product exposure effectively.

This role involves guiding a creative team, managing outsourced social media partners, and ensuring that every campaign is both effective and measurable.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead marketing campaigns that build EGMAs brand and support sales.
  • Manage product launches from preparation to execution, ensuring strong market impact.
  • Guide the creative team and agencies in developing visuals, promotional content, and in-store branding.
  • Manage outsourced social media partners to deliver engaging content and increase online visibility.
  • Organize product exposure activities, store walk-throughs, and provide technical marketing guides for optical retailers.
  • Prepare brochures, product catalogs, POS displays, and other marketing materials.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, visuals, and product exposure.
  • Analyze campaign performance, gather feedback from stores and customers, and make improvements.
  • Work closely with suppliers, agencies, and media partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Support the sales team with tools and content that help present products clearly and effectively.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

Qualification:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

(Masters degree preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in leading campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or healthcare/optical industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in tracking campaign effectiveness and ROI.

License / Certifications:

Digital marketing or branding certifications are a plus.
