Personal Assistant (Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support across multiple business and personal areas. This is a hybrid role requiring both operational involvement and day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing daily communication across email, WhatsApp, and other platforms
  • Handling basic technical and administrative tasks (forms, website updates, data input, coordination with developers/contractors)
  • Ensuring accurate execution of instructions and clear task delegation to third parties
  • Supporting multiple business directions simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise and switch between tasks efficiently
  • Monitoring and following up on tasks to ensure completion
  • Assisting with personal matters, including scheduling and daily logistics
  • Providing support with a child (pick-up, drop-off, coordination when needed)
  • Being available for both online (remote) and offline (in-person) tasks
  • Maintaining presence and availability at home when required
