Job Description
Our FinTech client in Dubai is hiring a Client Relations Associate. Youll be the first point of contact for prospective investment clients, responsible for managing and responding to inbound website inquiries, ensuring a timely, professional, and informative experience for every lead.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries submitted via the company website in a prompt, professional manner.
- Qualify and escalate leads to the appropriate internal teams (sales, compliance, support).
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
- Provide clear, accurate information about the companys virtual asset services and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up.
- Monitor inquiry trends and suggest improvements to the client experience.
- 2+ years in client service, sales support, or customer success within in fintech, financial services, or crypto.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of virtual assets or digital finance is an advantage.
