Compensation Structure: Competitive base salary + high-yield commission. The performance-driven commission structure offers realistic earnings of 100% to 150% of the base salary, to be finalized during contract negotiations.

Position Overview

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales pipeline, and closing high-value deals. This role requires an elite, resilient B2B sales professional who excels at cold calling and relationship building.

You will oversee the Sales Coordinator, leveraging their generated lead data to systematically penetrate the market, pitch to key clients, and secure lucrative supply contracts.

Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Duties
  • High-Volume Outbound Sales: Execute daily cold calling campaigns to pitch cabinetry solutions directly to project managers, developers, and procurement heads from the provided lists.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from first contact to client meetings, commercial quotations, negotiations, and successful contract closure.
  • Strategic Leadership: Guide and manage the Sales Coordinator to align their lead generation efforts with overall strategic sales goals.
  • Client Relations: Establish, nurture, and maintain long-term corporate relationships with key accounts and institutional buyers across the UAE.
  • Market Strategy: Monitor competitor behavior and adjust commercial pitches to maintain an edge in the premium kitchen and cabinetry market.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of successful corporate B2B sales experience, specifically within the kitchen cabinetry, joinery, fit-out, building materials, or closely related construction sectors.
  • Linguistic Skills: Native or professional-grade bilingual fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory. This role requires absolute professional fluency in both languages to engage with international clients and partners; candidates of all nationalities who meet this linguistic standard are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Core Competency: Masterful cold calling ability with a track record of bypassing gatekeepers and closing complex B2B deals. Deep knowledge of CRM-driven sales pipeline architecture.
  • Network & Presence: Proven capability to network with high-profile industry clients and deliver persuasive executive-level presentations.
