Sales Executive (Office based) Female

Our client, a leading Technical Services Company in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their team. This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for following up on leads generated through META (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into confirmed customers.

• Follow up promptly on leads generated through Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Contact potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Prepare and share quotations and service information.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve objections.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Filipino Female Candidate.
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
